Good afternoon! CumminsOnan discontinued the diesel generator production, so the option in View is now standard lithium battery to power the AC and the clean burning LP generator is an optional add. Hope this helps!

We are considering purchasing a 2020 Minnie Winnie 22R. We were told that it is prepped for solar. Would you please be able to tell me exactly what that means and would we be able to install solar panels ourselves? Does it come with and inverter for the solar? Thanks again.

Good morning! Thank you for your note! Unless the guest wired the solar I've never seen one prewired from the factory. It should have a 1,000 watt inverter that allows you to run electronics off that select outlet. Hope this helps!

The View and Navion are built on the 3500 chassis and while you'll find some competitors that are on a 4500 chassis, the Occupant and Cargo Carrying Capacity for your occupants, cargo, and water are very similar the total Gross Combined Weight Ratings are identical. @@LichtsinnRV Good afternoon, too! Thanks for the quick reply. Can you clear some confusion for me on the 4500 and 3500? The GCWR for the 4500 and 3500 are the same, but I believe the GVWR for the 4500 is approx 1000 lbs more than the 3500 thus the 4500's OCCC is potentially 1000 lbs for a similar spec RV. However the towing capacity is potentially less on the 4500 compare to a similar spec RV using the 3500. Thx.

This appears to be more insulated than prior Navion/View models. Is it as insulated as the Sprinter Ekko? What is the OCCC in the AWD version?

Good morning! Thank you for your note! The View and Navion 24T does have better insulation than in the past but will not be as high as the Sprinter EKKO, considered a four season coach. Keep in mind the new 24T does have hydraulic leveling standard, and is comparable, apples to apples with previous year 24D floorplans. The OCCC in the AWD version will be around 700 lb after deducting for full body paint and standard hydraulic leveling. The rear wheel drive version with the overhead sleeping and storage deck will be around 800 lb, and the rear wheel drive low profile version will be slightly higher. All of these will vary slightly based on actual optional content. Hope this helps!

Regarding registration of your RV; what if it's going to become your permanent residence and you travel all over all year long; and you no longer declare any state as home, to what state do you owe taxes to; IA because that is where it's purchased?

Good morning Joel! Thank you for your note! There are several titling options for full timers… most will do a Montana LLC formation, with 0% sales tax, some will use South Dakota or Texas for the mail forwarding services setup, which could also be done if titled in Montana. We can help either way.

Love this van. It's in my radar and let me say I am impressed that you have an educational half day in how to operate the van and the overnight camping! How I wish the RV dealer had this for me when I bought my pull behind. I had NO IDEA what I was doing, and they just wanted me off the lot when I signed the papers. Sounds great!

Glad you posted this. The first night i went to run the a/c i was like where the heck do i turn this on. Sad that you need to even do this. I think an aircraft is easier to operate. Then there’s the water heater and furnace. What ever happened to an on/off and temp up/down

Please note that with AWD it will require the front low profile in lieu of the overhead bed, due to weight driven by adding AWD. Stay tuned, and hope this helps for now!

Tanks for reply. I only ask because I have a 22 59K and had first recall done even though I was not having issues. After first fix I had severe chassis battery drain ending with me having to disconnect negative cable when in storage. Now I just pull the fuse located in B pillar and that seems to have solved issue. I am waiting on 2nd recall fix as there seems to be issues with that too. Very frustrating and shines bad light on Winnebago/Carefree. What was done on the new Travatos to correct issue?

Great van for us, so far. Not our dealer here but usually hear good things about them and they do some nice videos we appreciate. Their location close to WGO is a plus if you live in that region. Our thoughts are to get the KL version if you can afford it, we had a few issues at first covered under warranty with our Volta system but now we love it. We've have hooked up to shore power only 1 time in the past year or more. We drive more than sit (charges while you drive) but when we do stay in the same area we also use auto-starts to charge. Prob the best part is the bed, we tried the twins one night but not great for us. The bed doesn't take long to make up and it's large for a van like this, pretty rare. Pass on the G or GL version if you want a big bed. We also like the bath in the back, any odors are furthest away and enjoy showering outside. Our first rig and we think we picked up a good one with our 22kl. Had it since the fall of 21 so going on 3 years. If you want a rig that won't break the bank to fill up, easier to drive, and can park in your driveway much easier....this is a nice option.

Good evening! Thank you for your note! Yes, the Coleman Mach 10 operates under electricity, so you will need shore power, generator operation for a 59K or 59G, or your inverter turned on for a 59GL or 59KL Volta equipped lithium. Hope this helps!
