Don't even bother! This exact same machine is sold on Amazon under 4 different brand names, and they ALL have the same defect: Froth the milk once and thereafter, the lid will no longer fit on the frothing container due to the effect of the heat on the gasket surrounding the lid, so milk doesn't stay in the frothing container but flies all over the counter.

The vault is great - until it fails. Then Bluesound has one answer. Buy a new one. WTF!! I'm serious. I have the emails. I now own a very expensive brick. Mine failed to properly download and install an update. At that point it was useless. BS support was useless. The firmware update was not interrupted. They hound the daylights out of you to install the updates, most of which seem to do nothing.

Detach the back cover is so easy. Just use your finger nail to open the phone on the bottom right side. Took me 5 to 20 seconds to open.
