In this video and the very first one I uploaded I wasn’t using a script in a traditional sense, but I did write down certain things I wanted to say in the order that I wanted to say them in. It might help you to do the same in a google doc or maybe a sheet of paper. It’s not that I didn’t make mistakes it’s just that I edited them out so it made it seem like I was talking to the viewer like a genuine person. Mistakes are going to happen, we’re only human and that’s what we do, make mistakes. Don’t worry about not listening to the whole thing, I don’t take any offense at all, I completely understand. As far as any tips that I have for you, if you’re thinking about starting an asmr channel, you should just go for it. To be honest that’s completely what I did. I mean I had been wanting to do this sort of thing for a while now (since the beginning of last year, maybe even earlier than that) and I don’t exactly remember what made me just start, but I did, and I’m so happy that I did. I’m serious though, if you really want to start a channel, you should just do it already. I believe in you :) And thanks for the kind words and overall support, it means a lot to me :)

Reading a script and making it look as natural as possible has been a challenge for me. I’ve been insecure about my voice, but I know it’s normal. At some point, I need to let go of my insecurities. The problem I’m having is with recording. I’m not sure which software I should use. Thank you.

Dude I’ve literally never done anything even remotely close to voice acting let alone asmr rps up until a little more than a month ago when I first uploaded here. Its been my dream to be a voice actor for as long as I can remember and this is something that I’ve wanted to do for a long time too. I have my own insecurities too, everyone does. But we shouldn’t let them stop us and get in the way of us being happy. Im sure that you have a lovely voice that people will love, and you’ll be able to grow a community of your own. As far as software, I just use OBS. Hope this all helps (I’m sorry if I can’t give you all the answers you need considering I’m fairly new too, but I’ll help the best I can :) )
