Would you carry speed to send the rock drop line just before the fire road rather than the flat line to the right. I've tried so many times to land the rock clean, trying to avoid landing on a root but have crashed once and other times just clumsily and messy. It's defo a transition to the black trails is roots manouvre. Great riding

Hi mate. Thanks for the comment, really appreciate it. Are you talking about the bit at 4:04?
@TheBikeRoomАй бұрын
@@EMTBLIFE14 1:21 you go right and avoid the large rock drop to your left. It is tricky and requires a proper huck as the gnarliness of that line slows riders down but there's a root on the landing. Next time maybe scope it out if you want to.

I know what you mean, ye I think I hit that Little Rock drop blind, the first ever time riding RM and blew my feet clean off the pedals😂 I prefer the the right hand side line to carry the speed out easier and safer. You have got me thinking about it now though haha👍🏻

how playful is this bike? for a big travel bike, I would think it would be sluggish, but you seem to handle it very well.
@EMTBLIFE14 Жыл бұрын
Hi mate, I usually ride 160/150mm and have only ever used that travel. After adjusting the Fox X2 to my liking, I can honestly say that it did not feel sluggish at all. It’s feels so plush and smooth, it’s also extremely playful and feels lighter that 23.5kg. This was 27.5/27.5 I usually ride a mullet. The geometry is really slack, comfortable and quite progressive!! I also tried the Strive:ON and the geometry felt more like my 2022 Specialized Levo which is also a wicked bike. The Torque:ON is revolutionary, fist of its kind as a downhill ebike. I’ve made my Levo as downhill as possible. I believe I’ve have the best of both worlds (Strive:ON & Torque:On) with my downhill Levo. Awesome bike but I wouldn’t trade. The Torque:ON does come with awesome spec and great value for money!!!

@@EMTBLIFE14 thanks so much mate!! I currently ride 2020 turbo levo with 170 mm fox 38, and run mullet. looking to get a new bike, but I dont want to sacrifice playfulness too much. we dont have Strive ON in US yet, maybe next year, who knows. I really like the look of this Torque ON, but worry it'd bee too sluggish. thanks again for your input.
