I wonder if some of the ‘shove it down my throat’ were just uncomfortable with public displays of affection generally. I know I was, I had enough comfort to not be offended to being pecked on the cheek or lips by anyone, 90s were an odd time, and I was most comfortable around woman or gay men. Although I certainly didn't exude liberality at the time.

❤ How amazing that Crystal used to live in England with her parents, and it’s a charming place one can visit to this very day, as it’s on about 400 acres, near Cadbury place in Birmingham, airport about 35 miles away, lots of beautiful scenery, charming pub near the hotel, et cetera, it’s a truly magical place to go and check it out for a holiday/vacation, or whatever you prefer. This is also a great interview, very interesting and informative, and all the best to everyone!‼️👏👏👏❤️

Why? 90% of women hate / bored of their 'careers' by the time they are 27 to 30 and just want to find a husband to fall in love with, get married, have children, create a warm happy home, and organise fun parties with family and friends at Christmas, relaxing holidays in the sun, and exciting adventures at the weekend. Let the men focus on bringing in the money (as long as he truly loves her, values her, and sees her as his equal and partner in life).

It's very dangerous for women to rely on men, divorces happen, affairs can happen, also the big one death. Women need to be able to take care of themselves if the worst should happen, unless you're willing to support all of us?!❤❤❤❤
@edm-london1660Күн бұрын
@irisdanagher I agree with you 100%. But at same time so many young women told a lie about how 'rewarding' career is. Whilst we need to focus also on encouraging our young men to man-up more so they will make better partners, including providers, when they marry.

Psychiatry insists there are no adult-onset personality disorders yet refuses to diagnose PDs until adulthood because they’re accommodating autistic developmental delay. If you don’t think ASPD and BPD are adolescent and adult sequelae of ASD see Elon Musk, Mark Zuckerberg, Bill Gates, et al. Postpartum psychosis (wish for the child to become “unborn“) is the pathogenic etiology of autism (and SIDS, as child sacrifice is endemic to civilization). So stomach-sleeping is probably a defensive posture against a scowling or menacing mother. Autistic male, age 54, figured out my autism during quarantine, ASD w/ 130+ IQ confirmed at age 52. I was a stomach-sleeper until my mid 40s and am the same ASD macrocephalic phenotype as your guest, with similarly broad forehead and hooded eyelids. I read somewhere it’s common to about 20% of autistics. We are not necessarily born with it. Infants can be born macrocephalic but that’s measurable after 36 weeks in utero and Is noted in those newborns. I did read that macrocephaly predicts high IQ in autism but not that autistic hat sizes at least two standard deviations (98th percentile) from normal really do accommodate the brain hypertrophy associated with autistic IQs at least two standard deviations above the mean. Seems like there’s probably a linear correlation It’s just as well nobody gets near because dumbers evaluating smarters ALWAYS do the wrong thing with it. Undoubtedly I was a sociopath in my 20s, but here’s the thing- psychiatry doesn’t advise even diagnosed autistics they will have developmental incapacities in early adulthood (i.e. to enter into contracts, e.g. marriage). Curious though if your guest is or was also a stomach-sleeper like myself.

Extremely motivating talk from Grace and yourself. More women should go onto whatever industry they have a passion and enthusiasm. Even if it's male dominated. Have to stay strong and persistent. If you don't believe in yourself, no one else will! ❤✨️🎤🎧

No man will support women in industry unless he is a nice guy who women hate. But men will support a woman if she has to work ie her husband won't or not enough or she is a widow etc. And although women can outperform men in workplace they soon slip and flounder after about age 27 to 30 when they want to marry and start a family and once she has kids, she has no chance competing with a man unless she sacrifices her children but then that will only catch up with her sooner or later.

Gratitude- 19 minutes in .. finding ways of feeling gratitude even in times of extreme difficulties. As you say this is difficult to do, the only way I was able to do this was focus on the small nuggets of positive moments but mostly it was when I read a book written by a woman who was still looking over her shoulder having had a worse set of circumstances than I. This increased my compassion too. Not sure if it’s quite what you advise or the healthiest way of coping!

Thank you Paloma, this was a fantastic interview, I related to so much of what you said. Thank you, all these pressures and issues that women face every day need to be talked about more, because we are constantly being sold the misconception that we are having it all now, and it’s simply not the case……we are doing more than we ever have but do not have the freedom that men have to actually give 100% to any of it. We’re left sacrificing so much of ourselves and still feeling like we’re failing at everything 😔 x
