This is such a unnecessary range of capacity for this pump, as a water plant operator i preferred when the pump was just speed and stroke we had to set. We do not need batches or time settings, should have just left it basic to operate.

How many hours does the electrolyt takes to energize?

less viscous electrolyte typically takes less time. if it is for Free chlorine at least 1 hour if it is total i would say at least 2 hours initially. Then you should check this after 24 hours according to the manual

The DACb does not have a WiFi option. We do have other controllers with WiFi included depending on what you need.

pfail is due to overpressure. this could be the max pressure of the pump or a sudden change of pressure the pump is pumping against

6 months in it works pretty well. We have unexplained debris in the system that keeps manifesting despite having two screens between day tank and pumps.

sometimes debris can come from piping. if it is cut and glued together without cleaning the burrs they can find their way to the pump over time. Also chemical can sometimes contain debris or even dry or crystalize. Let us know if we can help

Hi Thanks for the informative Video, could you please guide me how calibrate the pumping rate ? I want to operate the pump at 3.6 L/h but 3.8 to 3.9 L/h.
