If you wrap that sandwich up in wax or parchment paper, then foil, and put a weight on top of it for about 10 minutes before eating, it'll marry the flavors and make it taste ten times better. ❤

I worked in a sub shop for years and loved grinders! Pro tip: toast your meat along with your cheese. Also, wrap in parchment paper and cut in 1/2 before wraping in foil and setting aside for ~3 minutes. Those tiny things makes a difference! This looks super good 🤤
