Addressing both the beach and the mountain ranges, at the same time, causes the project to have too many ideas simultaneously. A sense of hierarchy could have simplified the design.

Shame it's going to be a nightmare keeping those windows clean. That shot out to the water of the living room, made the glass look pretty ordinary. I love the idea, but in practice it's difficult to live with. I had a house with 2 storeys of glass, had to bring in professional cleaners and scaffold to clean them.
