Never was a truer word spoken. It doesn't matter how you start, but how you finish. In 2019 we had an easy run of games up to the playoffs. Lost the first one tho but annihilated the rest. But as it should, the playoffs got harder and harder up to the final. In 2023 it was a nightmare from the start but actually it was much better planned by Jacques and Rassie. All they needed to do was to lose to Ireland and Ireland would have to face ABs in the QFs. They knew losing one match wouldn't make too much odds because ABs had lost to France and so both NH teams would lead their respective groups. And ABs and Boks let the NH teams believe they had what it took only for both runner up teams to knock them off their pedestals. France hosting and Ireland leading. NZ v SA was always supposed to be the way a final was to go. Only it has happened twice and both times Springboks won but by less than a score between them. Two very tight encounters. And two epic battles. And two fantastic teams vying for that ever coveted trophy. However, the victor was Pienaar first and Kolisi to follow. Here is me saying a 2027 final between ABs and Springboks and Springboks win by two points this time. Boks won by 3 in '95 and won by one in '23

It’s because no one has ever won a game in professional rugby history in world cups, where they have been so brutally beaten and dominated by another team. Possession NZL 61% RSA 39% Territory NZ 53% SA 47% Penalties NZ 5 SA 10 Runs NZ 133 SA 64 Run Metres NZ 759 SA 467 Offloads NZ 7 SA 7 Line breaks NZ 4 SA 2 Missed tackles NZ 8 SA 37 Lineouts won NZ 24 SA 7 Try and keep up buddy. Most bokkies with a back bone admit they were out played Rassie’s silence on the poor refereeing is deafening. Oh well. SA need the win more than we wanted it. I guess Wayne Barnes knew that too. Oh and world rugby admitted to the error in refereeing that gave you that last penalty and also that disallowed the try we scored. FOH

Hope the RWC can stay in the Southern Hemisphere in 2027. Imagine it is again the two old rivals battling it out in 4 years time. Sorry Northern Hemisphere it is just the way it is. All Blacks and Springboks just know how to play knockout rugby. Its in our DNA.

As a catalán from Barcelona ,a follower of USAP Perpignan,and from a liberalist point of view, my list would be preceded by those countries whose anthems focus on "Romanticism" ideas, such as the superb welsh anthem or the scottish one.Then I would give priority to those who talk about partnership, such as Ireland and France.Finally, I would also remark South-african anthem ..and maybe New Zealand.
