Correct, once the timer is programmed, switch it to Auto for the settings to take effect.

Rain Bird is garbage. Low quality, 100% failure rate for me. I'm Zero for two, and the manual watering command doesn't even work.

Thank you for this information. What option should it be on to make the program work according to program?
@2020inspectionsolutions Жыл бұрын
Once you have programed the timer you set the dial to "Run" to automatically operate as programed.

all new homes require wind mitigations lol
@2020inspectionsolutions Жыл бұрын
New construction homes are built to current building code which includes the wind resistant features that insurance companies require in order to provide wind mitigation discounts. These discounts are automatically applied to the home owners policy without a Wind Mitigation inspection. Some insurance agents may request a wind mitigation on a new construction home but when the data is entered into the system the discounts are credited automatically.

@@2020inspectionsolutions Maybe it's different up here in NW Florida. I have to write a wind mit for every single new construction. (Almost) never a 4-pt, but every single insurance company asks for a wind mit. Great video regardless. Cheers.

Wow! So much better than getting up on the roof, and this gives access to those otherwise inaccessible roofs! It's safer and provides video evidence of what you've seen. Only downside is that a done can't determine if there are any soft spots like an inspector could when walking a roof.
@2020inspectionsolutions Жыл бұрын
You are correct. It's always best to walk a roof. Tiles roofs can be damaged by walking walking on them. Whenever we use a drone we always make sure to pay close attention in the attic for any signs of leaks or damage. Infrared cameras help us find leaks as well on the interior of the home. The house will talk to you and tell its story if you know what to look for. Thanks for the comment.
