I've had the honors to be in front of some very very amazing people I've had the honour to fight and serve against some amazing men and women I have learned one thing in my lifetime every single battle you do not always have to be recognized there are times that the Lord will take you through some and teach you something or to help someone that you need to help or to show you something or to impact you in a way that you can relate to someone else I can tell you you need to be very carefully who you pick is your friend because if you pick someone like me is your friend or you are married to me let me just tell you you are getting someone who is willing to go the mile to love you to respect you and to keep you accountable let me just tell you if we agreed to be there at 6:00 in the morning I'm probably going to be up and ready by 5:45 going to be waiting to see you at the time that we agreed and the reason that is is readers are readers are the first one there and readers are the last one to leave readers don't rush leaders show up they take the time to listen they take the time to show they are on a time they're on a time limit but they absorb everything they're like what can I do to be the most effective today I have a book that has a lot of different scriptures has a lot of different quotes in it but I love the quote that Roosevelt said he said a man who is not willing to make himself uncomfortable to serve another man is not a man worth power a man worth power will admit when he is wrong but he will also leave the time take the time to serve other men when they are down he will wait to other people he will swallow his pride and he will take the time to serve and he will be the man that other man's will talk about now that was a quote from tens of Roosevelt and I love that he always has something good to say for his time that he was alive

Romans 8:25 have faith in the Lord Romans 12 have faith in your Brotherhood means have faith in your brother's best way to put it is have faith in the ones who have your back. The best way I can explain it and this is coming from someone who has served at the highest purpose this is someone who's willing to lay down his life for his team this is someone who goes I don't count the cause but if I make you a promise my promise is my work relationships are not easy relationships are not perfect and relationships are not easy friendships are not easy either but when everything is going sideways everything is going up in flames and you don't understand or you don't have a direction it takes a very strong men or women to look at someone and say I'm not going nowhere I gave you my promise I gave you my word I gave you a good handshake and I told you I was going to see this out to the end so we live together and we fight together and we win together or we die together but either way I'm not leaving this Foxhole we are going to stick it out together and it takes a strong strong man or a strong woman to stand up and go you know what I'm sorry I haven't been the best team player but I can tell you now that I will keep us accountable I will hold a steady and if it comes my way let me just tell you now you will not have to worry about if I'm going to be behind you backing you up there will be no doubt
