Boardwalk is a fucking luckbox, he did not deserve to win that at all for 3 stacking both blue's. Two gets him an unstoppable lead just the same but it preserves enough money to recover if nobody lands. He was all-in on Blue and if Yellow avoids then Yellow's in a way stronger position given the odds of landing on a Yellow vs Blue (jail lowers Green/Blue chances on a full cycle).

This is also very strange because official Monopoly tournaments that lead up to the US tournament then world do NOT have 5 player tables it is capped at 4 - and one official to be banker and watch everything.

What happened to monopoly tournaments - do they even do them anymore? The last one I remember was several years ago when they introduced the speed die and mandated it's use in the tournament... then I haven't heard about one since. When played correctly - Monopoly is a lot more strategic than people think and goes faster than people think.

when all players are involved in a trade it means everyone is happy with the trade! But the objective is to have advantage! at least one player should be out of the deal so that even if you are not fully happy with the trade there is at least one player who had nothing and the deal will be in your favor compared to the player not involved in the trade

The guy managed to get utilities and blue monopoly (knowing that he had no blues before the trade) just with a yellow and green property! he robbed them!!! they were so dumb!
