I always heard that "thump thump thump" mic noise on the recording, but just thought Billy was banging on the mic. I never saw this video and found out he was bashing someone on the head! 😂 I've heard that sound for 20+ years and am just now finding out what it was

Billy Milano use to come to a lot of the shows in my hometown. They took place at this kind of dive bar call The Lost Horizon. It was an average size bar not the smallest but if someone you knew was going to attend a show your chsnces of running into them was pretty much 100%. I seen bands like D.R.I , Suicidal Tendencies , The Cro-Mags , and my favorite Danzig. There are more I just can't think of them of the top of my head at the moment. Anyway Billy Milano would attend a lot of these shows mainly as a fan. This was around the time he had his own band M.O.D (Method of Destruction). I had this album and it was pure garbage. The lyrics are just vulgar trash. But for some reason it was pretty popular in the hardcore scene. So between S.O.D and M.O.D he was kind of a famous guy especially in the hardcore scene. He didn't have long hair or a beard and wasn't as fat. He had a crew cut and was still chubby but over all a pretty strong solid guy. I mean the only reason he was in SOD was the bodyguard for Anthrax. At the shows he seemed to be always by himself. You would think that people would flock to him because of who he was but it never happened. The only reasons I could think of was that he attended shows so frequently that people got use to seeing him around or maybe it's because he had penchant for being a complete fuckin dickhead to people for no reason whatsoever. My friends and I was literally try to avoid him because he would fuck with us too. And his way of messing with people usually involved something physical along with his verbal belittling. And my friends and I were like 14 and he was definitely in his 20s. Just a real vile prick.
