I would like to remind Javed Akhtar that the RAfi version of the song Tum Bin Jaaun Kahan people likes the most compared to the Kishore version . Mere Mehboob Qayamat Hogi , most of the people likes this song sang by Sajad Ali compared to the singing of Kishore Kumar . Javed should be honest when giving his opinion .

Absolutely right. Kishore Kumar voice overshadows every other singer and overshadows even the music. But there is one song where Mukesh overshadowed Kishore Kumar. It is Ek Din Bik Jayaga Maati Ke Mol from film Dharam Karam.

Sorry , i disagree with Javed sir , in the other song rafi version is better than kishore Voice quality , smoothness and finesse is better in rafis version On other hand some of kishores songs are better in his voice than any other singer eg nile nile ambar, o sathi re any many others

Kishore kumar was never the best singer. What jawed sahab has said is his personal liking . Obviously no comments or arguments on someone 's personal liking But the fact remains yhe same that the sweetest male voice has always been mohd rafi sahab, the only complete singer. The kishore and rafi song played in the video spea ks the quality of two voices Kushore as usual with a hugh range deformed voice and a decent easy to hear and ear pleasing voice of mohd Rafi sahab.
