Does not work, will not reset.

Just blinks slowly whenever plugged in, won't reset.

One other thing to check, if you had disassembled the lock maybe to get the programming code, is that the cam on the inside backing is in the vertical position with the latch open when reassembled on the door. This was what happened to me.

Ive got rid of my smart life / bulbs and plugs kept going. Offline despite hours and hours of setting up different IP’s etc. hitting the wall switch or using other products is the way to go.

Hmmm when I pulled mine off the wall it didn’t have batteries…..the u it is blowing but not cool air just air like a fan

Anyone else having an issue with this lock resetting on its own? I’m constantly needing to reprogram. Unfortunately this happens at random times. The batteries have been replaced but continues to reset.

I installed it following the instructions. When i came to the electronic part is where my issue occurred. I reset it, did my master code to do the door identification process, and when it was supposed to come out and go back in automatically, it didnt. The inside lock would move slightly forward and back a few times with beeps and then nothing happens. The motor inside is trying to turn the lock but it wont work. If i use the key, its fine as well as manually locking it from the interior side. Help!

Auto lock is a bad design for those kind of doors, it is easy to damage your door frame from our experience, so just disable it!!!
