I agreed rate badega but the main reason for increasing land cost is right now in complete Gurgaon almost 95% lands are purchased by developer, nd 5% are still available Nd those land's don't have connectivity or any road, so ys in future we can expect affordable from Devlopers but we can't relay on that because Devlopers are not planning for any affordable right now.

( why anyone need to buy?)Brokers desperately trying to convince in every video that this is not a crash but a correction. So people who have paid 20-30% and not in a position to pay the balance .
