I’ve been really frustrated with the inner portion of my right ankle, I couldn’t figure out a way to untighten it. I couldn’t find anything that targeted it in a stretched position, everyone is only showing how to strengthen eversion, but not improve it’s range of motion. I’ve been struggling with this for over 2 years and your video has finally given me a way to improve my ankle 😇. I could tell after just doing this once that my ankle is finally starting to open up. Been a few days doing this and seeing good improvement, thank you 🙏🏾

Hello @priorityme8627, You are correct that with a recent update on the iOs devices that the app no longer offers the manual settings 🤨 a real bummer As of now, the android app still allows manual settings.
