My problem is my right arm. Its the whole arm, not just the shoulder but also my elbow. When i was born my mom said my collar bone was broken. So growing up i had problem qith my arm. I cant straiten my arm fully. I can only straiten it a 170 degrees, not 180. I atarted noticing the negative effects of this once i started lifting weights and excercising. My right arm couldnt do what my left arm could. My right shoulder would always get cramps when i did shoulder and back workouts. My left shoulder is a little bit wider than my right shoulder. Everything mentioned in this video is what im experiencing with my right arm. I dont know what to do, coz im still 16. I dont know what to do honestly. Is it something that i should see a doctor with, get surgery to fix the whole shoulder and arm? I need answers. Coz i omce did go consult with a doctor. But i didnt know the full problem i had. I only thought it was my elbow that had a problem. And now i start to notice thwse effects. Anything i do, ill start getting cramps from my right shoulder. Is it something i should get a surgery for?

Walk each day. I walk with a slight foot rolling. Long strides great! I live in higher altitude so using my glutes is important. Some trails I use poles too.

Why do we sleep in one position and wake up in another? For example, I sleep on my left side, with a pillow in the middle of my legs, and sometimes I wake up on my right side, but I don't remember that I switched positions; Why does this happen?

Is it better to do repititions chin-tucks or to hold the chin-tuck for a min or two?
@BackIntelligence13 күн бұрын
We recommend holding the end position for 3 to 5 seconds and then relaxing. Aim for 2 to 3 sets of 10 repetitions.

I drive for work and also do a lot of writing. I also lift weights three days a week. Lately, my neck and upperback have been so tight and tense. Almost unbearable. Ive spent the day doing these stretches, and it seems to have helped.
