Sorry but its a major city , lots of tourists etc .great place too visit , but no matter when you go it will be busy , it is what it is .in the middle of summer ,thats what its like . Didnt look that bad too me .

I love York, but I agree it is always busy. Way too busy to take dogs and I don’t go very far without my dogs lol.

Lovely York. Enjoyed the shops Zoe. Stayed several times. Had our honeymoon there.Loved it. The crowds can get to you but you can always find a quiet area to chill.

The ghost shop sells ceramic ghost figures like you can’t understand why so many people would Que to buy them.😊

I get really stressed in crowds like that so I just avoid them and I certainly wouldn’t queue up like that but it does mean I miss out on stuff. I love the history bits too. Good morning, it was upsetting to see a dog being dragged to the floor in Barnsley (time 5.54 on the video).😔. Thanks for being so open and honest - it’s a good thing that you don’t drink much in the van, especially if you are parked up somewhere public in case you have to move on unexpectedly. I have days when I feel everyone is against me. I can’t really explain it. Some nights I can’t sleep because of stuff on my mind - but I guess that happens to a lot of people. It was a very interesting video on the air fryer - we still contemplate whether to get one for our caravan. Stay safe and well. ❤️🐾❤️🐾

Year round ban gone ahead in Scarborough, Cayton and Whitby. The whole world probably knows that by now. But this is an ideal opportunity for pubs, farms to offer parking at a reasonable cost for responsible van owners Yes the pop up sites are brilliant. Just back after 8 weeks in Scarborough I ended up cleaning other people’s crap as you probably know 😩. Maybe now the uneducated free loaders who take the pee🤔 will know that us responsible van owners are on to them Onwards and upwards let’s get tough. I saw guys with a 200k plus van with chairs out blocking traffic in a car park I’ve never seen such behaviour before on such a scale as this year The positive is maybe now they realise that our life style needs to change. We are onto you guys who have irresponsible behaviour Keep smiling guys we’re in it
