I cannot see how you are making such a smooth transition past your right hand to include the thumb, i have short arthritic stiff thumbs since they were twisted by a user, so i cannot bend thrm at the second joint, it looks i,possible to achieve smooth transitions for me.

The "teaching" in this video is really minimal. She plays the piece while reading the sheet music aloud. No clues about the difficulties in playing it, maybe she doesn't realize them since she has large hands.
