Last summer when I was in Sofia, we went to a few bars to try craft beer, and we went to Crafter. Perhaps they had a bad selection that day/week, but we really didn't like any of the things on tap. I did a double taster set, so we tried everything. We really liked what we had at High Five.

Probably you know how it is in craft beer - there's always smth new to try but sometimes nothing floats you boat, happens to us too 😅 We would recommend Arpus, Northern Monk or Cohones next time for you to try 🍻

There are a few really good bars not far from Mulligans grocer in the Smithfield area - The Cobblestone is probably the best bar for hearing live traditional/folk music in Dublin, Bonobo is near there too it's smiliarish to Kodiak. Fidelity is another good craft beer spot around there, its styled like a cocktail bar (and does cocktails) so its a bit classier looking than most, Frank Ryans across the road from it is a cool bar too if you like really dark bars.

Lol hahahaha you really are my people. My fiancee got me a set of D&D dice so I have options. I role them to decide where to go, which beers to have etc. In New Zealand, no matter which one I used, it always ended up landing on a hoppy pilsner. I had to stop if I wanted variety. I'm loving your videos.

Messorem is amazing. Sandro is right. One of the best days I've ever had was spent there with my friends. All 3 of us are blind or visually impaired music lovers and 2 of us love beer. It was September, we sat outside, had plenty of beer, an obscene amount of poutine and a DJ was playing funk and jazz while occasionally playing a keyboard or saxophone solo. My God the beer was good too. I'll be going there again.

Hi, I feel like I just found my people. I'm a full on beer tourist, so far I've visited Rotterdam and The Hague, cologne, Hamburg, Copenhagen, London, Paris, talon, Montreal, Toronto, Auckland and Wellington for beer. I found you by looking up videos about craft beer in Bulgaria. This video interested me however because I'm from Edinburgh and as you can imagine I know all these spots very well, I live 5 minutes from Newbarns and Campervan breweries. I'm looking forward to looking through all your beery videos. Let me know if you'd like more recommendations on places to go in the UK or if you fancy some geeky beer chat. Do you do tours in Switzerland? I'm thinking of coming over in a few weeks so I might try something like that. Is there much of a craft beer scene? I've heard of hoppy people and I had a good stout from BFM when I was in a Belgian beer bar in Vienna but that's all I know. Have a lovely day. Alan

Switzerland has an interesting craft beer scene nowadays. Actually an interesting fact is that Switzerland has the most beer breweries per capita in the world. It is an awesome place indeed, no wonder it's so popular. This video was filmed the first weekend of March 2024 so I guess we can say there is no off-season for Lisbon 😅 But we strongly suspect it would be calmer on working days. It was also much better on the rainy day which was Saturday for us - we didn't have to wait at all to visit the Carmo Convent because everyone else was hiding from the rain. But please take shoes that are safe for slippery surfaces - the city has a lot of steep streets with slippery tiles, and even the locals told us it's usual for people to fall unexpectedly 😅

2:43 Yellow calico cats were intentionally bred by the Vikings, and were eventually spred to every port put into by a Viking ship. Yellow was thought to bring luck and of course, every ship needed a rat-catcher!

We booked our trip with Highland Experience Tours. It was well organized, but to be honest we weren't so happy with our guide as he sometimes was a bit rude. But the stops were all really good. About the monument, do you mean the Glenfinnan Monument?

We sadly didn't visit this one, only the viaduct. But maybe you could ask your guide to make a stop at the monument too. We're aure if you have a good guide this shouldn't be a problem. Enjoy your time in the highlands!

You should definitely visit the Faroes. They are part of the Danish kingdom and located between Scotland, Norway, and Iceland. Many struggle to locate them because of this 😂
