Ich erinnere mich an meine erste Mayday 1994 in Dortmund. Da war ich 17 Jahre alt. House of House... Bonzai... Ich habe heute noch Gänsehaut,wenn ich zurück denke. Danke für die Dokumentation 😊

Eerst waren het entrepeneeurs, kunstenaars, linkse mensen, studenten.. Leuk volk. Tijdje later werd het kaalkoppen, skinheads, voetbalhooligans, en keiharde draaideur criminelen die handel wilde plegen... Deze laaste groepen hadden en brachten territorium gedrag mee met geweld... Na 1995 was de lol er wel voort vanaf.

J'avais 18ans en 1990 j'ai connu Boccaccio Cherry globe la Rocca Balmoral et tout le reste 7 ans de sortie de 90 a 97 7 ans de folie des weekend de 4 a 5 jours non stop de boîte en boîte. Quel folie les années 90 avec la house music bonzai et tout les autre label qui non on fais dancer.

I’m retired and was thinking about my hearing and wondering why wouldn’t a person without any ability to hear ever just close your eyes and sink into the rhythm of the bass and drums on heavy rock songs? I could remember a front row concert where the music was so loud I could feel it shake my body. And I liked that a lot. I’m very happy to know a “sense of music” 🎶 🎼 is appreciated by the deaf community. COOL!😎 Thanks 🙏

Loved this, brought me back to browsing records every Saturday morning in Abbey Discs in Dublin circa 93/94 and seeing many Bonzai records. I actually have an old Members of Mayday mix tape, which has Thunderball playing in it. Great memories! 😊

When I lived in lieden I used to shop in cyber records little did I know it was the home of bonzai records, I lived in the haven in Leiden only 300 metres from the shop and I remember the tunes banging out next to new times bar and often went to buy some new tunes. I visited Leiden last year and took a walk down the harlemerstratt to see where it all began. Thanks for the music as cyber records will always be my favourite record shop in Holland in the year 2000.

Ik als Nederlander ben vaak in België uit geweest en ook gewerkt in cafe dan vers waren mooie tijden toen hoor .. die tijd komt nooit meer terug..

Dat waren prachtige tijden! Highstreet in Hoogstraten. De Zillion in Antwerpen! En toen was het niet zoals vandaag de dag... Toendertijds was het keihard drinken de hele nacht door!

I bet deaf people find that hearing people understand them way better when theyre somewhere with loud music. They wont even notice youre deaf, youre just communicating like everyone else pretty much, and youre a pro at it too :'D

@stephanieellison7834 If anything its a super power, you see what the hearing cant. We're blind when your not. If we cant hear over something we have to seek silent shelter to have a coherent conversation. You can just be like wait a minute i gotta adjust my hearing. Fiddle with the hearing aid and now you understand. Dont think of yourself as different or less. Rather than a more advanced way of communicating.

il me manque UN morceau du label bonza+i ,le pire il doit etre sur youtube mais je ne connais ni le titre ni l'artiste ! j'ai du galerer déja pour trouver "sonic unfusion" ou "fear the wolrd" mais pour le morceau que je recherche il est dans ma mémoire et je pourrais le jouer au synthé si une ame charitable veut m'aider merci d'avance et LOVE FROM BELGIUM ^^

Als ik aan de Cherry Moon nog eens passeer in Lokeren krijg ik nog altijd een crop in de keel. Wat een periode ! Die sfeer in die mega clubs toen met Bonzai muziek, dat blijft toch uniek. Na zoveel jaar, al die platen op een deftige hifi setup afspelen toont ook goed hoe sommige platen in elkaar zijn geflanst, maar als dat aan't knallen wat in de dance tempel met +100dB maakte het allemaal niet veel meer uit. Zelfs zonder drugs kan je perfect in trace geraken met deze iconische schijven. Leuk ook om dit stukje te sluiten met El Punto Final ! Mooie reportage.

when born deaf they don't have anything to experience it with so they don't mind, they experience things differently and some have said they would not want to change, it's not as bad as ppl make it seem i'm sure

What song is playing I can't hear I'm half deaf my both earsdrum is alright but can't listen or fell any sound or vibration from one ear and one is alright so when I put head phone in left ear I can't listen and in right it's alright.
