Tengo doce años. Hoy mi madre empezo a trabajar y no hay quien nos pueda cuidar ni a mi ni a mi hermano menor. El arroz lo lavo bien hasta que el agua salga clara, , pongo aceite de oliva, le pongo cebolla y la sofrio un poco luego rallo un ajo y se lo agrego a la cebolla, despues agrego el arroz lo sofrio un poco despues le agrego agua. Si hago una taza de arroz le pongo 2 tazas de agua y hoy probe ponerle un tapon del mismo bote de vinagre y si me quedo muy bien, si me gusto.
