From the brilliant words of one Tim Keown… So, when nothing’s happening on set you know, you get a little hungry, you might want a meal. You know, I haven't eaten today, so I'm very hungry. You gotta make yourself some food, but first I'm gonna make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Now the bread, okay, whole-wheat, healthy, stay healthy. Okay? Gotta, got a napkin, im gonna do this on some pop-tarts, keep the napkin since it’s windy. Peanut butter, not gonna show you the label, not paying for that copyright. Get, find a knife (oo ah), butter knife, the best. Time to slap some peanut butter (opening noises). Alright, there’s no great jelly, I'm gonna have to use strawberries. Great, great. So many disappointments today. Bouta’ eat a peanut butter sandwich out here, 35 degrees outside. You know what, it’s cool, it’s cool. You know why? I love making movies. Oh yeah. See that smooth? It’s all about the knife technique, okay? Oh yeah, there we go. You know me, I'm a bigger guy, gonna need a little more peanut butter than that. Mkay. Now it’s time for the jelly. Can’t use the same knife, that’s disgusting. Okay? Not cross-contaminating anything, someone might just want a jelly sandwich. New knife. Open it. Ooo! Brand new. Thank you Micheal. Alright, the next slice. Oh yeah, that’s satisfying right there. Oh yeah. Oh wow look at that. The jelly has frozen to the inside of this jar. Ooo, ooo there we go. That’s some good stuff right there. (off screen - that’s the spirit!) Oh yeah, making myself a damn sandwich. Oh yeah. Alright, that’s how you make a sandwich when you’re hungry on set. Okay, now I'm gonna smuggle this inside the bowling alley and hopefully they don’t catch me. I’m not paying for the food inside.

Love this!! Great story, love the poc representation, and the characterization. I know it's a challenge to light night scenes but this looked great. Excited to transfer to SIU film program next fall!! Hope to work with MCM.
