Depends on what is ur style of gaming. For AAA titles 7000 series or 14600K will be an good upgrade. For CPU bound titles like valorant etc keep the platform and go for 5700x3D

We did the upgrade keeping the same platform.

@@rigvedapc yes but upgrading the mobo now and a gen 7 would have been a more good of a approach for future proofing the build.... did you upgrade the GPU or not?... GPUs are more important when you are playing with high graphics....

@@sharveshnatesan287 he plays valorant and CS. GPU impact is less. He got 20-30 percent jump and he spent just 15K. He will be upgrading GPU as well later. A 7000 series upgrade wud have been expensive including motherboard and ram.

Yes you are right. Customer plans to get 4070ti super in 3 months. The current GPU is temporary. The use-case is not just AI but running VMs for development - 14700K helps. We have plugged a 2 TB drive from his old system. So that's plenty of storage.

​@@clement7369 Yup, it's very comfy, easy to assemble, so far after 2 months of use ther is no creaking or squeaking, materials look and feel solid, the only downside is that armrest can only be adjusted up and down. So yeah it's a good chair i'm happy with it so far.

You just need the riser x16 cable. The brackets are not required part of the case. You save about 2-3k compared to other cases

apologies for the delay. it has seperate power connectors and the ARGB controller is inbuilt in fans and controlled by a 2 lead wire going up to the top IO.

hi i am sure it can take RTX 3090 but i will look at better cases like lan cool II mesh or DF600/700 Flux for such a big 3 slot card. RTX 3090 typically run about 310mm with only 2 cm to spare NX410 will look crowded. As far as PSU is concerned any 1000W gold supply - cheapest being Deepcool PQ1000M or EVGA super nova, Corsair RM/HX series will do.

Yes 12900k would have been great. However the water block LGA 1700 was not available in both EKWB or BYKSKI during the build.

Unless you need to mount 360 radiator on top, you have other options from Deepcool (CG560), Lian Li Lancool 215 etc which has good air flow and cheaper.
