Oh wow, I was wondering where does this o-ring go, was it missing in my gearbox, until I've watched your video and realized that it is to to replace "flat" gasket I have in a groove! It made a huge difference in how hard was it to turn the thing, it was one rotation with a hammer and five rotations finger tight, to one rotation until I had to switch to the hammer for tightening it remaining five turns.

That's a hard question to answer. Some people prefer frame swapping with a similar wheelbase frame. I like trying to keep the original, so I would gather up all the mounts, crossmembers, and shackles used with the 80s running gear, find the axle center line that fits your truck and start taking measurements. I have a full Video of the front suspension install of this truck on my channel if you want to check it out and get some ideas. Second part on the back half is coming soon.
