Well it USED to be a great place.

Just about everything you said with sarcasim is now completly wrong. Yes just try leavimg your cars unlocked these days around herefor a time and see what happens and the fact these califonia drivers are causing wrecks every day now somewhere bettween Presott & Presott Valley and accidents is now off the charts bad and getting worse. oh and there are so many jeep drivers now the wave is getting old real fast in fact many of use stopped with that crap. You know that most realestate agents (car salsmen) are people who failed at everthing else so they sell realstate except for some real pro's out there and these guys are not pros. Shdy car salesmen tactics. Those who have lived here more then 9 years don't go anywhere near down town now. You know its true. And medical surgeries are now many months out and are in Phoenix or flagstaff and every medical office is jammed with clients. Of course being just realstate agents you are gonna lie at just about everthing. Shallow, by the way the housing here is starting to slow down with these insane prices, good luck that. Also everyone who want truth about crime just get a police scanner and that will tell you everthing with crime increasing big time. You two are really shady about the real truth.

House prices seem really high. I saw a 2 bed, 1 bath for over 500k. Median pricing seems to be 700k+. Maybe it is just the current economy or the CA rush.

I was a Northern New England resident of over 50 years and then moved here…what a blessing! I have a little Northern New England at great lengths of time….no more 7 months of winter with 30 below zero temperatures in the month of January. I like your take on our town…!!

Yes we love love love Prescott valley and we have lived in many places, Hawaii, WA State, Va, CA, Fl, Texas, DC, Minn, IL, and this is the BEST by far. Everything they say is true. You guys are funny. I wish i lived in Prescott. I've told you before about my past history in Prescott. I was sad when my mother, aunt and uncle sold what was left of the Dearing Ranch . It had been in the family since 1864.

I’ve been living here for seven years and I’m ready to leave. 3 good restaurants. The mall is a joke. Every store you has to order stuff and nothing is ever in stock. Oh the weather. You mean the nonstop wind that blows at all times. And customer service everywhere is a joke. Not to mention all the real estate here is absolutely overpriced. I’ve seen single wide mobile homes going for over 350k!!!! Are you kidding me!!
