C J Campbell I put the same question to the Knight shop team and they have said they 'guarantee' it is the official one. Apparently there have been some changes to product lines (including the helmet and letter opener) and also that windlass no longer hold the licence for the shield...

C J Campbell, they say its the official windlass version....on one hand I wonder why, if it is, would windlass take off their logo and the 300 sticker even if there are product changes...on the other hand, the back lining and the grips are significantly better than the backs of the eBay copies out there. I'd even say that the broad arm strap is an improvement on the 'official' one!

I've recently got the exact same one. Also advertised on the site I got it from as a Windlass shield. Box had the windlass Studio's sticker and a certificate of authenticity, same exact handle as yours. Don't think it is an indian knockoff. My guess is that they changed something in the production after a while. Quality feels and looks superb. Shield looks the same as in your video, just other handle and some dark aged finish.
