Exactly! Too many people don't understand how important their credit is when it comes to buying a house. They buy these expensive cars and have high balances on their credit cards not realizing that it will affect their ability to get financing.

Problem is that when interest rates are up people dont move because monthly costs are so high compared to what they're in. Nobody wants to buy in High interest rates and in our current market prices are still rising even with a high rate. so there is no incentive to sell. I'd be better off taking out an equity loan and buying, then using the old house as an income property.
