I would not delete the balance shaft . You will end up with a bad vibration causing more problems.

On the main window click scanners, then easy scanner. That is what I use for the top gainers list.

With solid wire like the 10/2 romex you don’t need the ring terminal for the ground. Just wrap the wire clockwise around the screw. Like wires on a receptacle.

The lower the better but I tend to trade and look for stocks below 25 million in float.

Love it, I'm actually redoing my engine bay aswell. I'm not taking it down to bare metal tho, just scuffing and etch priming the bare metal areas that sand paper took off.

Heck yah, I wish that’s all we had to do was scuff it but with how it was repainted with a brush it won’t be good if we scuffed and painted over the old stuff. You making any videos?

These engines are known for snapping the balance shaft belts. And when that happens it causes the engine to jump timing and then a lot of other issues like bent valves since these are interference engines. So when we delete the balance shafts we can delete that belt and making the engine a bit more reliable

The piece of wood was to bolt the fire extinguisher bracket into in the passenger footwell. I was an engineer at McLaren at the time and we did a couple track days, so I wanted to make sure I had the fire extinguisher on standby just in case! An engine fire was the demise of the first eclipse I owned. Positive battery cable jumped loosed on a highway on ramp and shorted on the throttle cable. Last time I ever bought a car from Craigslist!

No head gasket work. It was on my to-do list to do a complete overhaul of the head with cams, lifters, springs, the whole 9, but never got around to it 🤷🏼♂️

Couldn’t tell you about the dust covers 🤷🏼♂️ I never touched them. Same goes for the upper subframe bolts, I’d never taken that thing out so I’ve no clue when/why they’d have been replaced. DS front axle was replaced because the boot on the stock axle tore. So I figured I’d just do the whole thing rather than mess around with replacing a rubber boot
