It's very cute, I think I might have personally enjoyed a few more embellishments on particular parts but it is certainly very cute

Measure 20 right hand F natural clashing with left hand F sharp doesn’t sound that good to me imho
@vhegoКүн бұрын
Again: repeating augmented “octaves” in following measures (with E flat and E natural as well later on) with only 3 voices and in a clearly tonal piece I find it a odd choice, it really sounds like a mistake
@vhegoКүн бұрын
Generally speaking it’s a fairly nice piece to listen to, not sure about the 4/4 “fill” I don’t know if there are examples in literature of metric changes in a waltz (in any metric except ternary ones) but anyway!

Well executed. Was this improvised btw? Either way, it’s a pretty piece Good choice of piano (Native Instruments again, right?) Thanks for making this. I learn a lot from your approach to KZfaq ❤

Thank you! I would say this piece was half improv. Main theme I worked on for quite a bit, but certain other sections were improv :) And yes Noire and Keyscape

This is a really nice song! Very dreamy feeling. I am a new to the piano and actually just uploaded my first song to youtube. It's called "Two Moons Apart." Hopefully it is at least decent.

Took me three times to write this since KZfaq keeps deleting my comment if i add link from Reddit. So yeah, I am actually that person who responded to you in r/HollowKnightArt. Super fitting, i mean, oddly fitting, for Hollow Knight. I love your music and honestly finding this channel inspire me a lot to come back to making music again. Great work.

This sounds a lot like Native Instruments’ Noire. This is Noire, right? This is well made. Good job! +what do you use to make this video? the dynamics are well implemented <- good job on that too (:

Thank you, I appreciate it~ I was actually playing live on my digital piano. But you're right! the actual sound library is Noire (and also Keyscape combined).

Thank you once again for always going above and beyond and putting so much effort into making sheet music! I really love the experimental time signatures that alternate between 8/8 and 9/8; it just brings out the composition to a whole other level! Keep up the good work!
@EdinKaso_ComposerАй бұрын
Glad you like it Liam! This one was a bit trickier to notate because of the time signature and regular switching, and deciding how I wanted to beam the eight notes. But it all worked out nicely, I think

Another beautiful composition Edin! It pertains to such a warm and snuggly atmosphere, and it’s really soothing to listen to. Although it entails some of your previous works, such as the feelings of nostalgia, this one is filled with homely and soft vibes. Your consistency in conveying such feeling is unrivalled, so thank you!

I really appreciate your description - especially about it being more homely - and you noticing it's slightly different from my usual works :) I'm actually in the process of writing more of these cozy homely vibes. I'm thinking maybe releasing it as a mini-album all together, we'll see. Thank you for kind words too!

Wow this piece is so beautiful, sweet, and gentle, I'm so happy you chose to share this! What you wrote in measures 44 and beyond blew me away, the Harmony took me by Suprise, the Key Change was tasteful, and the last recapitulation of the Main Theme but with fuller chords was just incredible! The ending is so sincere too, just a lovely piece and I can't wait to hear more of your music!
