My psychiatrist prescribed me 30mg of vyvanse but I asked for it to be 20g instead cuz i just dont like taking high doses of medication, as Im trying to be healthy as much I reasonably can despite relying on medication for ADD. I sometimes end up taking the vyvanse later in the day unintentionally and it ends up messing up my ability to fall sleep cuz it lasts like 10 hours in ur system. What helps with that is melatonin and ashwaganda supplements u can take a night, along with rubbing magnesium lotion on ur skin. That will usually help me fall asleep.

Im the ADD impulsive and inattentive type (not very hyperactive) and have a "reading disorder" diagnosed from my psychologist. Both adderall and vyvanse work well for me but I do prefer vyvanse bcuz I feel its, as you said, less harmful to ur health with side effects. Im taking 20mg of Vyvanse currently to help me study. I've experienced side effects, particularly headaches, but thats only if I dont get enough sleep, eat enough food (high in protein), and drink water. After a week or 2 of consistently taking either adderall or vyvanse ur body adapts to it and u wont experience any of the side effects. It helps if ur eating healthy too, but if u take a healthy superfood like chlorella u may experience headaches cuz it has a detoxifying effect that clashes with the medication.

But not a lot of homelessness in the country where I live. They are provided for by the government assistance program.
