This is a stupid premise. Riley was 5 when Pluto was downgraded to a dwarf planet. So through our her school years she would have been taught Pluto is a dwarf planet

Cory, if one compared Riley to a cantaloupe one would have called her 'too smart' . Seriously, even by this point of the show, she was becoming increasingly annoying, entitled, nosy- and, frankly, dumb! And no points for the others to keep enabling her on this and constantly telling her she was so wonderful, nice, smart and perfect instead of calling her out on her stuff.
