Too bad you can't make Derrin dual wield short spears

I think you can safely put away the shield and take the torch for those places Darren won't go...or just come back after getting the helm :D

You could put down your weapon, take the torch from Darren , and go in to check the chest for loot, without breaking the rules of a shield run. 🤔

I see what the problem is with daggers (and any super short weapon). They need to have a separate animation to other weapons. You can get a lot of power behind a knife swing or stab, but it comes from the arm's momentum generation, not the weapon's leverage.
