Very instructive video. My problem: the more I secure the screw, the slower the wheel turns, then stops. I have visually inspected it; the two feet under balance bridge are in place, the wheels at first are turning, so all seems right. I never screw it down overly tight, just enough. Wondering if you'd know why this would be happening. Thanks.

So open all the screws and turn the movement upside down and empty all the parts out 😀😀 Great video though. I actually learnt more than from several other video I watched and gained the confidence to disassemble my own ST36. Thank you 👏👏

I used to think these movements were ok, well then I found out just how bad their keyless works are and the crap date function that fails on them all the time, I have had 3 of them have major problems just in the last 3 months, well I won't use the movements or buy watches with them anymore, not when you can get a Japanese movements (NH34/NH35) that are a million times better for not much more money. still great video thanks for the video

Hi. This looks like ST6 movement. Is this correct? Do you know if this movement has second hand hacking? I have a ST6 from 2003 that does not hack but some of the newer Benyar watches appear to use this ST6 movement but they hack. Do you know if hacking feature was added to ST6 movement? I want to replace my ST6 with hacking movement. Options are to replace with newer version ST6 or ST1612 or Miyota 8215 if hacking. Not all 8215 have hacking.

What was wrong with it?

I took out the stem on a breitling watch, it doesnt lock it properly.

You could tell the metal on metal parts had grease.

great video have 2813 model movement not winding and i took stem out not going back in properly any idea thanks

i only buy divers now and have a few that need the bezel off to repair the click spring, etc, and was not aware the bergeon tool like this had less expensive versions being made by other manufacturers. while the broke screw is pretty bad (thanks for the warning) the tool still seemed to work very well and without damaging the steel case. i have purchased this exact tool on ebay for $55 incl shipping and look forward to using it after seeing your use of it successfully. i will be careful not to try and tighten any screws 😂 ...as a note, i actually purchased a bergeon ring (without the handle), just one, for about $160 ten years ago, and without the handle (it was made to use without a handle, though you could use it with a handle if one is purchased) it did not have the leverage to remove any of my bezels that fit it. so i look forward to getting this and will edit in how it works when it arrives.
