@@jinjin2172 square pans which I am using are not branded, I got them from a local shop. These are little heavy in quality. The sizes are 3 inches in height.

@@jinjin2172 Fat Daddios are the best quality cake pans. But they are quite expensive. The cakes won’t crack, the sides of the cake won’t be hard.

I have uploaded a video, Sharp oven review. I have shown every function & their usage. For baking cake you can either use top, bottom and fan mode or top, bottom mode. 180 degree and preheat for 10 minutes.

You can try few things it will definitely work. 1. Bake at 150 degree for more time. 2. don’t bake on both rods, instead bake in bottom rod only 3. Use flower nail, you can get it on any baking supplies shop or Amazon also sells. I will upload video how to use it. 4. Always use weighting scale for measuring all the ingredients and make sure all the ingredients are in room temperature only, unless the recipe is mentioned by the baker 5. Check with toothpick if the cake is done or not. If u see the toothpick is sticky or there is no cake crumbs then let it bake for more time. 6. If the top is baked and the cake is unbaked in middle then cover the pan with silver foil and let it bake for some more time. 7. Buy an oven thermometer. You can buy from any baking supplies shop or online. Which shows exact temperature inside the oven. Hope it helps. Let me know.

What option should we use for baking cakes and pizzas ?

For baking cakes, It’s best to go for top, bottom and fan mode. And keep the temperature from 150 to 180. Always preheat ur oven. You can also use top and bottom mode without fan option. Fan option is called convection mode. With evenly generates the heat with helps to bake any products perfectly. For baking fresh pizza I use the same mode like cakes but the temperature I take 200 degrees for 15 mins. You will get a brown crust on the sides. And bottom of the pizza also brown crust will be there. If I use ready to use pizza bases then I use 180 degrees for 10 mins.

Sometimes you will find it isn't black thread or any poop, which means the prawn didn't eat any food. It’s completely safe to eat prawns.
