Anne - the arrangement was by Richard Phillips, written a number of years ago and recorded on one of his solo albums.

Thanks so much for your quick response! I will seek out Richard Phillips albums! The music of the Salvation Army was one of the many blessings I’m so very thankful for as I grew up with both parents involved musically and living this abiding faith each and every day. I do cherish these memories and the wondrous and everlasting music that continues to fill my life and soul each and every day. God Bless!..and my thanks again for taking time to respond!
