I have been a hardcore commission artist for 5 years now. Only do it if you like and love porn. You will find the one fetish that will confuse the beez out of you. Cause when you have to draw. Heya. Nsfw artist here. Ive spent a good few years of my life drawing it. Its definitely a mix of expression and also just an outlet sometimes. But if you ever consider starting it remember it comes with responsibilities, putting up the proper warnings on your bios, making sure you dont share said art with minors, basically being a responsible adult with these things but do keep in mind that you are absolutely going to be scrutinised by people who will not like what you do. Ive had loads of dms borderline harassing me and calling me buzzwords because i draw booba and peen. (most of the time its from minors even though my bio literally says that they shouldn't be there to begin with) but its even more embarrassing when grown ass adult are doing it simply becoming... Honestly i dont even know if it provokes them or reminds them of something unpleasant but best case scenario it also works as a filter. For the most part and im not speaking on behalf of us but alot of nsfw content creators do not care about how theyre perceived so it filters out those people who hold you up to this golden standard and if you go against it they burn you at the stake. And thats honestly a bit refreshing. But in general alot of nsfw artists ive met and have become friends with are the most genuine amazing people ive come to know as the type of shit we draw can be so bizarre that it just makes us more open minded about alot of things in general. It can definitely get tiring to be scrutinised just because people dont like what you put out but take 2 steps back and you realise that you shouldnt even care about these people because i dont think id wanna know them if this is how they're like. So like i said. A filter. Draw whatever you want. Just make sure you do responsibly lads.

You took it like a Chad though. 17:15 idk if you're familiar with kotobuki Shiro, he's a completely disabled (except for his head) illustrator (because of a motorcycle accident). He draws very good semi realistic pinups and even worked on some games but not only that, he learnt to draw like that AFTER he became disabled. If he can do it with such a severe disability (only head mobility) and without any prior art skills no doubt you could.

My neighbor (M33) is going through Rheumatoid Arthritis and its tough seeing him struggle but seems like after getting it diagnosed and the right diets and meds he can have better QoL. All the best. And hope the trip is amazing and here's to many more painting journeys over the years. As we get into our 30s we need to be cognizant of our health and be proactive in taking care of our bodies. My Wrestling Coaches always said to bus a armor of muscle and it will serve you well as you age. They were totally right. Just like with Yoel Romero(MMA fighter) when he broke his neck his muscles are what were supporting his nerves with broken vertabre. Many of my peers are starting to break down so I keep after my exercises as best as I can with a full schedule. Also eating healthy is big as we age, can't outrun a bad diet. Learning to cook good healthy food was one of the best things I have done as an Adult.

Look up Mikhaila Peterson and her story of healing and recovery by using a completely plant-free diet. Just a thought. If it is an auto-immune issue, this diet has helped many people.

I am glad you covered this book. I have studied this book, specifically Bruce Timm's art, since I was a kid. While I understand that he was making bank at Warner Bros, it is regrettable that this man did not do more comics in his heyday. Yes I am a Bruce Timm art fan.

Are tasteful nudes and romantic sex scenes in NSFW art good enough? I’m thinking about drawing only those two things like they’re as far as I’ll go. Cheating, extreme fetishes, bestiality, minors, incest, milf and dilf, bondage, and blackmail are where I draw the line.

I grew up with comics portraying women as tough and sexy. There was no nudity so i don't consider pinup or cosplay NSFW as NSFW includes porn. I just don't think pinup and porn at the same level. I don't like nude figures but instead beautifully dressed pinup women. I have seen nude in pinup art there's no escaping it but I notice artists study the posture, the anatomy, the way the clothing drapes to draw figures better. I read a book once that said if you can draw a figure you can draw anything. And sure knowing how to draw the figure can take someone the porn route but i prefer to practice pinup drawing. I don't watch nsfw but sometimes looking for reference one bumps into hardcore nsfw. But the better you draw the more observation and practice shines. IMO an artist has to practice the human body at one time or another. I cannot draw nsfw i can draw pinup girls, make them on AI and even games and i know how some people can be nuns over pinup art.
