its ancient secret.. sohcahtoa....1. sine(degrees whichever corner) =opposite side/hypotenuse-- 2. cosine()=adjacent side/hyp 3. tangent() = opp side/adj side

I actually learned this and decided to show people how to do it for machining. You can use it for a lot of different jobs

Once you've done the trig for hole #2, you now know the values. Don't repeat the math, just change the sign of the value. Eg if #2 is XXX,YYY, then #3 is -XXX,YYY. #5 is -XXX,-YYY etc. Thanks - Lumpy

How is this mystifying math? This is the easiest way I was able to find for plotting Cartesian coordinates for the use of programming cnc machines, or for using a DRO on a manual machine. If you have an easier/faster way that does not need you to model the part I would love for you to share it.
