Hi, my daughter is just starting High school lacrosse and I want to get her a new stick. Which do you suggest. She plays attack. Will we need to get the strings adjusted after purchase or will she be ready to go?

I take off both my shoes and socks after a long run because my socks become extremely very stinky and smelly after a run. I do my post run yoga barefooted. Also I do some yoga exercise for toes after running which is only possible barefooted.

What are your recommendations for adjusting / breaking in a new stick? I coach girls youth lacrosse and all the girls use the Whip. Off the shelf, they pockets are pretty shallow and need to adjusted to the right depth. Any recommendations on adjusts (leathers, side walls, shooting strings) would be great! Thank you!

She starts her first ever season in about a week and she loves watching your videos. Approach -don’t approach attacker with big steps -come up to them on an angle to “funnel” them where you want them to go Breakdown -take tiny steps and don’t let yourself take giant lunges -stay low -really easy to beat when taking big steps Contact -NEVER extend/straighten out your arms -stay right on your attackers hip Drive -use LEGS to send attacker down sideline -all power from defense comes from legs -legs over stick -

My Daughter is in 7th grade and plays on a club team. She takes the draw. Would you recommend the draw stick over the wip. I would want her to be able to play with the stick after the draw as well.
