Its probably not the best thing to do you’ll get really jacked but its just not smart I was eating 4k calories a day doing that and i was getting good size but I fucked my joints bad and when your making money with those joints it puts you in a bad spot I mean if you wanna do it my only advice would be make sure your diet is absolutely squeaky clean and invest your money into your diet if your eating 4k calories of shit your absolutely done for if your lifting hard and working hard

Exactly. I've been told so many times by other people working physical jobs that you don't need to hit the gym or eat clean because you'll burn it off. Could not be further from the truth. The muscular imbalances, joint overuse injuries, and poor diet all have a compounding effect. That's why there's dudes working construction that are still overweight and have diet related medical conditions.

It is a very common misconception that you're making excuses by default if you don't get into the gym. That only matters if your bodybuilding, strength training, etc. But for those of you who are just getting back on track and starting, many of us busy parents find difficulty in getting into the gym so what we should do is focus on how to get more activity throughout the day. Anybody with half a brain can tell you that activity accumulates over time. On days like this, I could easily exceed anywhere from 20,000 to 30,000 steps in an entire day. That's a lot of calories. #fitnessmotivation #parentfitness
