I live in dubai and I highly highly doubt the price of this property 😂 at 6-7M dhs (much less than your supposed purchase) you can get a 4-5 bed villa with large private in Dubai Hills estate which is much better located than where you stay. I am sure if I do a quick search on PF or Bayut I’ll find the exact price of your villa and it’ll be less. Pls don’t sell false dreams to your ignorant subscribers

@@UzmaAndLeena of course! Can you guys make a video on the cons of Airbnb? Issues with systems or people cancelling / stealing or ruining rentals? How do you deal with these things? Also since you have 15 or more rentals can it be overwhelming dealing with multiple properties? Has it discouraged you ?
