Hello, I want to say that this is among the best covers of "Medicate" that I have seen, you nailed it, especially the ending, with the harmonies!

So, here I stand I'm so disappointed I'm ashamed of all the ways You've got to me Laughing on the outside While you're dying on the inside You know you're a liar I hope you find a place where You can live without a face there You know you're a liar Behind the wheel of a life With no control No conscience and barely a soul And does it scare you to know You can't pretend anymore? 'Cause I'm behind every door you run to Laughing on the outside While you're dying on the inside You know you're a liar I hope you find a place where You can live without a face there You know you're a liar Well I've made mistakes in my life But nothing compares to your lies You're a liar You're a liar You're a liar You're a liar Laughing on the outside While you're dying on the inside You know you're a liar I hope you find a place where You can live without a face there You know you're a liar (You're a liar) You know you're a liar

Wow just randomly logging into here for the first time in years. Back in the day I tried to always record the first song of every set I saw! You guys opened for Drowning Pool that night. I remember working with my dad a few hours before and trying to get done asap so he could drop me off at First Ave haha. I have a picture of 18 year old me and you somewhere around here from after the show too. It always meant a lot when someone from a band would take the time to talk and take a photo with me. You better believe I still have my stand the fuck up and rise shirt too! I miss those days. Wherever you guys are now I hope you're doing good! - Austin

So...I was once a very "evil" person. I regret a lot. But when my fiance left me right before our wedding. I lost my mind and everything else. I was sleeping with my car not knowing what to do. I used to say I was what she made me. This song speaks to me.

Thanks to you, fan of two awesome bands' awesome bandiness. For real. I just fell in love with noise. I've loved the orig for years but this just sounds so much more honest about the lyrical content, and it swings both ways at the end. And the damn violin has to show up and just pull my stomach out of my asshole. Sorry. Graphic. Just trying to get across: I went on a mission to find a song with a "moment" tonight and because of you I found one that didn't just INCLUDE a moment, it was an undulating singular moment the entire time. Mad thanks. Please feel free to share more tunes up this sort of alley on my page.

Much respect for this man, standing in the rain and professing his faith to these young and bright eyed children. And after a show no less. The world could use more actions like this. So much respect for this man. Just recently discovered his band and I've liked all that I've heard so far. Videos like this are always reaffirming to see that they don't just claim "christian" to mark a check in a box on a list. They live it!

This is one of those songs that I would be really critical of a cover of, and generally dont think it should be done, but this is so good. I was so impressed, they made the song their own, made it beautiful, and chilling. Thumbs up!

I listened to 20 versions and this one hits me the best. It's beautiful but brings out the word meanings. I love the string parts and especially the harmony at the end. I will have to see Run River North in SF.@@scoy97
