It's called a tamping rig and a regulator...they lift track and sleepers and move around the ballast rock to make the rail track level and even.....amazing engineering

I am 81yrs now. Very tired of the pain, anxiety and negative I'm surrounded by. I will be returning Home soon and cant wait. My sweet dog, Izzy, is waiting for me, I'm very excited to see her. I not only love the rain, but also the parking lot scenario. The ordinary comings and going’s of the cars in the rain, I find very relaxing, somehow.
