It would be a lot better if they bothered to have the Harvest Way East road repaired!! It is so full of potholes it is dangerous to drive on. All of the money people pay for the H.O.A. you would think that they would take care of the residents.

@@WhileInWildomar Lowering the purchase price vs lowering the loan balance by the same amount will make only a slight difference IF the down payment, commission and escrow charges are adjusted to reflect the lower price. It will not make the huge difference you claim in the meme.

The great IF in the real estate world. In this scenario we are looking at $10,000 purchase price/credit on a $475,000 home. I encourage buyers to always check with their lenders, as you know there are many variables when purchasing a home. (Also in California, typically home buyers do not pay for their Buyer's Agent commission). In this short (not meme) you apply $10,000 in credits toward your buyer costs you can buy down your interest rate using a 2-1 or 1-0 strategy. Lowering your interest rate lowers your payment more significantly than lowering the price. A 2-1 buy down means you are buying down the interest rate for the first year, it will typically increase in year second year by about 1 percentage point, and then it will settle at the current interest rates. The key lies in the mechanics of interest and principal reduction. Amounts vary based on rate, loan program, and loan amount. I agree! I believe Wildomar is still working on building their 27 acre park next to Ronald Reagan Elementary. This park is supposed to have amenities that include: trails, bike trails, bike plaza, splash pad, playgrounds, volleyball courts, and more. We have Marna O'Brien, but a park with larger trails would helps so much!

Any updates on the wildomar shooting range?? Really needs another place around here sense the state took every where else away and we have to drive super far to enjoy anything now. I’d be there every week😂

The last update I found was on August 1st, posted to the city website. It looks like they are working with the city to get the project moving forward 🙌. I will be right there with ya 😂. We desperately need one in the area.

A few! 🔸️Mariott hotel being built across from the new Kaiser. 🔸️Popeyes is being built off of Bundy Canyon. 🔸️ And More! Sept. 28th is the State of the City. Once I have more updates on the city I'll create a follow up video 😊
