I had this game for DOS back in the day. It was a good point-and-click for the time. I could never figure out how to get the three stoned punks to the music venue; the game seemed to glitch out at the Arizona desert level.

Exactly :) I think I stopped playing when I reached a puzzle that I never solved: "Sparks fly from their eyes. Birds fly from their mouths."... I should have bought the strategy guide!

Yeah, I'm also hoping to find the Tectoy version of the first game... But its really hard to find any Sega Saturn game these days... And they can be really expensive too 😢 But good luck to both of us 😊

The most iconic music of all time as it reuses the most memorable music of all time and it is so calming that I am in a dream world like Alice in wonderland the giant leaves with trees with caterpillars and fireflies was like Alice in wonderland too me which I loved those two Disney classics as a child and I have the dvd of Alice in wonderland but not the master system and/or genesis versions of castle of illusion at my home.

Yes, this soundtrack perfectly captures all the magic of old Disney films ☺️ Kamiya Studio did incredible work within Sega. One of my favorite tracks on this soundtrack is the one from the Dessert Stage. The nostalgia is very intense with this song!

One of my favorite music stages as a kid because of its music as I was walking through a giant’s den like crazy and a crazy giant piano like the one in land of illusion. I loved this stage the most as it reuses the candy land stage from the mega drive/genesis version instead of the library part of it which was cool and also… I loved that game as a little child.

Yeah, I love how the developers created a completely new game based on the Genesis version! I prefer the dessert-themed level to the valley-themed one. I confess that I like the gameplay of the Master System version more, as I like the puzzles of carrying items to use them. And the nostalgia factor is always strong, as it was the first version I played too!

I felt like Indiana Jones in that stage as it is a lot similar to the storm stage in the genesis/mega drive version which is a bunch of mountains and temples as it references Indiana Jones and the quackshot video game as well.

Yes, the Genesis version actually has a theme that is more similar to Quackshot! I hadn't made the association before, as I became familiar with Disney games on the Genesis years after playing several on the Master System (here in Brazil the Master System was a very popular device) 😊

Exactly! This game blew my mind back then... I couldn't understand the limitations of the game, so I spent hours opening every drawer in Ryo's house or following NPCs to see where they lived or worked... No other game has this level of details to this day...

@@GiaRosArt It's very easy these day's to get online with the Dreamcast. There are a few methods on how to connect online with Dreamcast but the easy method is DreamPi. DreamPi is a custom software for the raspberrypi. This custom software takes your existing high speed internet and transforms it into a dial-up connection that can be use by your Dreamcast. You can play PSO on other Dreamcast online games that have their online features back. Right now there are 37 online Dreamcast games and DreamPi can play all of them. I would recommend watching the Dreamcastic Channels DreamPi video's so you can get a better understand and more in depth view on it
