The reason why he left the band is because he did not get to go to US tours more often due to the quarantines and because most of the members of Bury Tomorrow have refused to do more US tours however they ended up changing their mind anyways since after, Jason Cameron, have separated from the band he also released an acoustic solo song on his own channel however he have been inactive ever since so he must be living his own personal life for now.

Also, good call when you said, "Picking unusual notes." Donovan stood out across this whole album with his vocal shifts during melodies. He chose to go in unconventional directions with the notes in a lot of the more melodic parts. That was one of the best new directions for me. It shows that he's still somehow amazingly improving. He was already a beast before he went vocal super saiyan. 😂 We were blessed in these last few major Swancore albums- with Jon Mess Hulking out on Jackpot Juicer, Kurt Travis becoming the comeback kid for To Only A Few At First, and Donovan ascending on Modern Inner Tension.

Best song on the album. That shift in the second chorus [2:54] to, *"And if you think that Heaven chose you to lead- Then you can do nothing wrong... NOTHING WRONG!"* is pure 😩👌 Hit me in the feels that it didn't thrash as hard for you- but please give it a few more chances, so that you can pick out all of the subtle little nuances that elude with the first listen through. If anything, Tithe is by far the most "un-HTS" HTS song to date.
