Nope.......Big Nope. Swing and a huge miss from NASCAR. They do not know their fan base at all if this comes to reality
@KickinTheTires15 күн бұрын
Funny that you should say they don't know there audience because several thousand new fans came to see the car in Chicago. THIS IS NOT A CAR THAT IS GOING TO REPLACE THE CUP SERIES. There is no intent to even race it at this time; however, there may be a new racing genre where it could be utilized. I think that is good for all race fans and it is something the manufacturers - Ford, Chevrolet and Toyota - want because of their business model. They have to make cars for EVERYONE around the world and NASCAR is a proving ground for new technology.

There was a really cool back track with angry rock music but for some reason it doesn't seem to be included. I hate to change out the video now because we would lose all the views. My apologies. I will make sure we do better next time. -Jerry

Woopsie but hey, it happens when something catches fire or something catches fire but man this race this race is really good it’s definitely not disappointing on no levels meeting it is a very good race who knows who will win tonight but I have a feeling they’ll probably go into overtime but at least no one got hurt during that fire
@MychalMartinez3 ай бұрын
I heard when something catches fire, it tends to burn. From what I saw I can definitely say that was a fire and it was indeed burning. I didn't watch the race and I assume there was overtime but that likely wasn't due to the fire. Maybe the fire was a distraction from? I have heard that fires can be distracting and I can tell by the way the pit crew looked at the fire they were definitively and conclusively distracted by the fire as you can observe many of them looking the fire which mind you, is burning. I am a bit confused by the person with the leaf blower. Unfortunately this video is more like stop motion and we can't hear the fire burning or the leaf blower opperating. Based off the direction of the flames, I would say it isn't but that's just my guess. I will say for certain that the fire is burning and distracting. I would assume that the person with the leaf blower is perhaps attempting to accelerate this distracting fire by feeding it with air to put it out faster? But that is just silly, right? That would make this fire burn hotter and that might cause damage to the pit box surfaces. I wonder what nascar protocol is for when fires burn. At the end of the day, I think we can both come away from this by concluding that there was indeed a fire burning; as to what caused it? I will go with the old fashioned electrical malfunction those good ole fire inspectors love to report. But if we're being honest I bet that car is hot and heat can ignite things and cause them to burn like a fire and this sure did look like a fire Go Rays

Friesen pinched him right into the wall (the TV announcers agreed). Maybe his spotter goofed ? I'm no fan of Sanchez but he was already "there" his nose outside Friesen, no way he could avoid contact at that point.

Really? Covid is still a thing and they cram 30 people on a Nascar tour bus! And does it take all these people to pass judgement on Joey? He also states Joey wore the glove to block air but he cant state the advantage of raised roof rails.He knows good and well its to catch more air or let air pass under the rail.
@KickinTheTires4 ай бұрын
First, we all pretty much work together each week regardless and the CDC has proclaimed COVID should be treated like the flu. I can't speak for the rest but I felt perfectly safe. As for passing judgement, it is NASCAR's policy to show illegal items to the media and the garage as a measure of transparency. By the way, it wasn't 30 people.

Thank you for taking a video of this meeting. As a longtime NASCAR viewer of all 3 major touring series, this helps us feel there is more transparency with regard to NASCAR officiating. Showing and describing the violations and subsequent fines from NASCAR makes this process feel MUCH more transparent than in the past.
