Excellent. Without the visuals, one might say it is a little thin, but as a whole, that is not the case. This is by far the most evolved and original tune on this channel, and your collaboration with others doing the visuals and your integration of same could not be better. I doubt you are interested in my advice, but here it is anyway. MAYBE (?) try some harmony of _your own voice_ with the same sweetening and EQ as the lead mixed well below the lead vocal....... might thicken and enhance the vocal later in the tune and/or on the chorus.....maybe not, but I can imagine it on the high notes. Keep the lead voc prominent, the harmony not obvious, but merely for fattening and enhancing the intensity. _(????)_ Again, the whole thing is very impressive and fully unified and cohesive, and the sparseness and simplicity of the arrangement and video composition is the key. It lacks nothing. DO NOT let anyone tell you that the reverb and/or spaciness is overdone, or that anything is too muddy. The mix is full of shadows, man, as it should be. The ambience and air carries it, man. Nicely done. I believe this kind of total production is where your focus should be, and where your future lies. To my ear, it is far and away more fresh and original than anything else on this channel. Namaste.

Many years ago on a fine summer day, Dolly Parton _(aka Parus major),_ Bob Dylan and his dog named _"Moe"_ decided to go on a picnic. Bob had been telling Dolly how he had an ability to talk to the animals, just like the famous Doctor Dolittle.... and that animals would follow his commands, even birds and insects. Now previously during Bob's many travels, he was hiking through Moline, a town in Illinois, when this stray mutt showed up, and had followed Bob ever since. Bob didn't mind, since the dog understood everything he said, and obeyed any and all commands. So Bob kept the dog as his loyal companion, and named him _"Moline",_ after the town where they first met. Anyway, Bob and Dolly arrived at the park with a fine fully stocked picnic basket. They had just laid out their picnic lunch which included several varieties of lunch meat for sandwiches, when suddenly a severe windstorm came out of nowhere. And at the very same moment, a horde of ants attacked the food that began to be blown all around by the wind. This upset the dog who went after the meat, and Dolly began to shout: *_"Moline. Moline, Moline, Moline.... I'm begging of you, please don't take my spam."_* This greatly upset Dolly who had spent much of that morning preparing and packing the picnic basket, but Bob told her not to worry. He commanded the dog to go lay down, and Bob grabbed his guitar and sang: *_"The ants are my friends, baloney in the wind. The ants are baloney in the wind."_*

People don’t make this type of music anymore. Just want to be born around 60s or 70s . Life was much simpler and Music was serious. Hard to find artists like Paul Simon, Bob Dylan, Jim Croce anymore .

The video is fine, as is the tune, but the title is intentionally misleading dropping the names of famous songwriters obviously to unfairly attract clicks. Bait and switch CLICKBAIT.

@@SalahZhouri I am pleasantly surprised you replied with courtesy, and did not delete my comment. On the other hand, it is highly disappointing you have chosen to defend your dishonesty. You are a good enough player and old enough to know better. I am a pro player, and you cast shade on our craft with this action. None of the songwriters you mentioned are alive to admonish you for doing this, which by the way is not only immoral, but illegal as well. And it should be. I respect your work and this action is far beneath your dignity, my misguided young brother. Check my work for my credentials. Heed what I say, Young Jedi. You insult your own work in this manner, and it is unnecessary. You are a fine player and an artist in your own right. Again, check my own work, man. It may add credibility to my words here; offered with respect and love, from a brother-in-arms, and an elder. Ethics matter. Unlike you, I am not in the business of marketing. And if I were, I would do it honestly. You have made a mistake here, my friend. I hope you wake up and correct your course appropriately. Your work is far better than your defense of this ruse. Thank you for your reply, and your courtesy. I hope you take a look at my pages, comprised of mostly old-school originals and consider what I have said here. _(I began recording and performing in my teens in Hollywood in the late sixties.)_ You do not require deception to sell your work, my friend. Doing as you have speaks loudly that you think you do. I do not think you believe that, do you? I don't. Your work can easily stand upon its own merits, if you will allow it to do so. And this applies to your name-dropping hashtags as well. Many of the people you are trying to reach with your music will find this offensive, *_ESPECIALLY_* fans of the artists you named; as well they should. Comparing your own work to that of those mentioned in this video title displays not only extreme myopic hubristic narcissism, but an unwillingness to accept their greatness which you have not achieved, making your own work look smaller than it is by comparison. In essence, you have insulted and diminished your own work, which you are trying far too hard to promote, rather than allowing it to develop its own legs. You can try, but what you are doing here is not honest nor ethical, no matter how hard you try to pretend it is not. You not only disrespect yourself and your work, but you insult the memory and the spectacular work of those to whom you falsely claim to pay tribute. You cannot hide from this truth, my friend. This is not merely my opinion. It is reality. The world is already filled with charlatans and does not need one more; but that does not include Prine, Foley, or Van Zandt. It has been said that all it takes to make a true song of worth is three chords and the truth. The operative word here is TRUTH. Namaste. *_"When the wise man points at the moon, the fool stares at his finger."_* ~~ Mokèlé Mbèmbé _(For further study, please refer to my "Top 40 from the Back 40" playlist.
