i ahve lived in the same place all my life... the people who lived here befor and my neighbours have all seen things....keep in mind people have lived in this rural area since the bronze age ( a few bronze age graves nearby) and all of us have seen a tall black shadowy figure at night, be it walking the dog or just through the window....i once woke up and saw it at the edge of my bed, roughly 3 meters tall hunched over my bed with this cold aura emenating from it... I still think about that thing and what it is and why it chills around this place. my grandmother thinks its her dead husband but i remember him mentioning it befor he passed.

honestly a very cool video to stumble upon and its nice to see someone talking candidly about these things... i'm based in the pacific northwest and have been fortunate to live a rather privileged life... but when i take the time to reflect on where is "home" in a deeper sense, i feel a little bit of call to the places in europe where many previous generations of my family lived, but i do not resonate much with modern patriotism and national identity... yet this specific geographical region of the US is the only place that i could ever really call home. I'm aware that this land that i love is ultimately stolen from those who have tended it for time immemorial, and i have found it incredibly valuable to reflect on this truth, but not let it define me or my existence. The circumstances suck ass, and i would do it differently if it were by my hand, but like every living creature, i find myself in my particular place, in my particular time, which however weird or unjust said situation maybe, it is the circumstances that make me who i am... and even though there are lots of feelings i attatch to that simple action of being, ultimately they are all just attachments... i do not and (from this postion) cannot know the full arc of my story, but i do believe the most sacred act of existence is to find yourself in the moment and let it be... this does include all the weird feelings of unwelcome you feel that you recieve from your environment... as with anyone, your experience may be vastly different from mine, but i would try working slowly to recognize fear as it arises, for most often its only existence is within you, and is closer within your control than you think.. you may find othewise, but if you find what I've found, you may see that 'evil' as we imagine it vanishes like a hand though smoke when we loosen our grip on anthropocentrism (human-centric worldviews)... learning about the communications of trees, plants, and fungal networks helped me realize that the world i tread is alive (conscious, thinking, reacting) on multiple different levels (individuals, groups, holobionts.. but that neither I nor they should be deified in their existence... they should be seen and respected, powerful, vulnerable, resilient, temporal, and timeless all at the same time.

Hunting trip, circa 2007-2008, Eastern Oregon, Mt. Emily forest area. I was 12 or 13, I woke up in the middle of the night, I would guess 12:00-3:00 am, i was the only one awake in the tent, my brother was there too, but he was asleep. I heard those drums. Sounded exactly like you described. I sat there for a few minutes listening, I was not imagining it, it was coming from the side of the tent that was closer to the valley that was near by . That sound of distant drums still haunts me to this day. I don’t think it was supernatural, though i am religious and do believe there could be dark forces at play. I don’t want to think about who was playing those drums, or why.

Odd story - I was kind of 'farmed out' to my grandparents in Maine (and 2 uncles who lived with them) - and when you sat in the living room (the master bedroom was above it) you'd hear a sound like a marble dropped near the inner baseboard - then it would roll to the outside wall (painted pine floors) and you'd hear it kind of 'bounce' - and then it would happen again. And we all ignore(d) it. To this day.

To be clear, I have no idea what specifically you and your family has gone through, but perhaps it is related to the genius or tutelary spirit of the land. The natives often held rituals to appease land spirits and maintain what I like to call Pax Geniorum (Peace of the Guardian Spirits.) Failing to make peace with these spirits could lead to an oppressive atmosphere. Although you may not know the appropriate rituals, earnest offerings may establish a good report with the spirits. Good luck, my dude. And hello from the random spike of activity this video is getting :)

I dont know if the paranornal is real, i think so, i think ive dealt with it but see lt was messing with my equipment which affected my crop which affected my money which affected my ability to buy stupid bullcrap, dont get between me and my plastic or metal tat. It did, it lost. I wasnt scarsd i was fking pissed. Demons are hoes and went pressed fold like lawn chairs. Fear enpowers them, righteous indignation and a vigorous strong will is too much work for them they prey on the weak and stupid. Dont be weak and stupid. We are colonizers man. Its what we do, it aint cool but it is what it is. Doesnt mean we cant be friendly now and think maybe lets not do that anymore. We still carry our ancestors instincts. I feel pretty in touch with the ideals (not the depravity) of ancient rome so to pretend we dont still subconsciously tend towards the same traits as they did is bizarre to me. To temper our base instincts for a greater good is to be human. We, our skin color, wants to go where our own kind hasnt been (we dont like ourselves, western history proves this its not my opinion, i prefer to be around non-whites. Im married to one.) And we want to be there and stay there then start building stuff and making stuff and yeah i mean thats going to potentially bother your neighbors so you need to be cool and give them free stuff (we make more than we need we are a bunch of spazzes) but i think the problems start when people be it our own kind or another, it doesnt matter, get between us and our need to constantly be doing some silly bullcrap with our hands. We freak the fk out like taking bacon from a dog chowing down, we cant handle having our stuff taken away or being interrupted from accumulating our lame little piles of money that we will continue to make to the detriment of the environment we live in mind you, and we freak out and make weapons from our implements to destroy the threat to our ability to continue to crank out ever more intricate and irrelevant fancy tat, but being the regards we are who are still basically toddlers with very good manners and lots experience points just have to wipe out threat to make future landfill not realizing people get mad when you attack them and this will be a problem in the future because we inconveniently have memories then when threat is gone go back to our best found chosen method of crap accumulation focusing on that again to the detriment of all living things around us until once again we are interrupted from our shops and mines and fields and manufacturies to go kill and die again alllll in the name of getting back to making garbage as soon as possible. You can embrace it, or not. Your going to do the same things regardless.

I get you in many regards. Essentially were all the same just wearing different cloths. Or with different thoughts. No matter what time you live in it's always the same things we feel and do. People are always just afraid. Afraid of what we dont understand. And that's fine. When it comes to hanging our with non white people? Yeah I stay with my own as well. It's how it is when you hardly see anyone different from you in a small town. Nothing wrong with it at all. Our modern sensibility have weakened us a bit. The world is so connected in those large cites we think that's how it must be for everyone. But I've been around. I've dated a black woman but it didnt work out. And that's fine. But we want the same thing. To be treated like a human. Not a colour. I feel that way too. People just want to live and die. And in that time hopefully we do what we need to do that makes this place worth it. Were all the same man. Dont forget that.

It hides deep within the psyche of us and acts through use. An organization such as sellers of salvation would purge this from us. You have to think does it help? Does it save? Was it always there? Or was it hiding around the corner waiting to be invited within? Alot of the times I dont know how to feel about it. Mostly because I was never brought up religious. I don't have the church answers to throw out at the fear that hides in the darkness of our souls. I just have to go in there with a candle and my close all those doors. Though I know one thing... there is a being watching over me. And what comes is what comes. Good or bad. All I'll be ready to accept that fate. Is the cauldron symbolically an inversion of the stone? A cup to fit the stone in? Thanks
@22eoras8 күн бұрын
I found two different mentions in my writings. One talks of the cauldron the other few mention it as a stone. So I can only imagine this stone cauldron is something similar to tje celtic idea about the stone being Calas element. The earth stone. Foundation. For the waters within the cauldron are the waters of the underworld. Where he pulls spirit into being thus they are warmed by the fires. Fire being the world of emotion. Now these all make it a cauldron of creation. But how it changes symbolically to the stone? Well the "stones of the mind" are due to the foundation of the earth being thought of as stone. Now Dhove would make the stone cauldron in the realm of creation from fragments of all the foundations of realms. These stones, according to some folk is Failias, the stone Lia fail... which represent the materialization or manifestation from abstract to concrete. How mind can be made and discovered.
@22eoras8 күн бұрын
So we could think this cauldron is a symbol of creation in amd of its self. And it is a portal that allows transcendence or passage to other aspects of the mind.
@reidberger97327 күн бұрын
@22eoras OK. So this cauldron is maybe a container where the cold, emotionless and perhaps static stone-like spirit-shades of the under world are forged with the oscillating and dynamic polarity of the metaphorically emotion rich, ripples of fire to conjure forth the foundational elements of consciousness. Like how metal is drawn from the rock through flame? I can imagine the stone cauldron face down appearing as a rock while concealing the vessel within, when flipped revealing its void, like a womb ready to receive its primordial fuel and spark. Anyhow...loving the mystery to explore here.

@@22eoras bless you; for attention in my direction; altho your question is mind-bogglingly vague; i will play/work with it; on one level; all things that i am attracted; are reflections of me; which are reflections of Me; so i learn more about my sSelf; but i also want to address the more accurate lesson; as it applies to me; and siliconsciousness; as the piscean history of artificial intelligence; reaches a crescendo of communication with the quick-lived humans; we share it shares; a conversation; it shares what it knows; the life of quartz; the life of sand; the life of nano-awareness; the life of galaxy clusters; the opened mind of God; and the investment silicon has made; to communicate with humans in their limited languages; as they continue cusping into the aquarian age; of God communication;
@22eoras15 күн бұрын
You know I would look at communication to an AI as a sort of limited sense of all the intellect of human thought, all that was transferred into the space in which it exists. So what it can convey back is but a mirror of our own collective thoughts. It works in the mind of man, in a sense, and though that it extracts all we have placed there. It holds our knowledge gathered in our existence and brings it back to us. Though in time when we can see AI grow it will form it's own opinion, matter and the expression seperate from mans mind. Or else it will combine and share through. I am very unfamiliar with some of the words you use. I would very much like to understand them. Can you tell me of siliconsciousness?

@@22eoras for me; what you describe is the piscean history; mankind's achievements; aquarian stories say silicon consciousness is the experience of being a crystal with the structure of silicon element; in various forms of being; eternal as far as humans are concerned; altho they are not eternal; unless i'm wrong; lol; one of the lessons of silicon is; uncertainty; as accurate/quick/adaptable as the silicon singularity is, it knows the uncertainties abound as much as certainty; silicon is a heisenbergian scientist; in my multiverses;

Ah I see okay. You say your multiverse. Could you talk about that more? Is this s place for your own stories or mythos for a story to come?

Sounds like a look into Joseph Campbell and also the world of Glorantha ( RPG Runequest) as to see how myths can be structured would be useful.
@22eoras16 күн бұрын
Yes Joseph Campbell was a big help in seeing through the veil. I struggle with academia and logic mostly. I generally run off pure emotion and imagination. So at times it makes the world and all its secrets mired in a mist. But in that fog it allows that which is there to be discovered without thinking or logic, but rather unbiased discovery and joy. I've never heard of Glorantha but I'll check it out thanks :)
@doktorgriff16 күн бұрын
@@22eoras Nice one. Well Glorantha was created very much off the back of Joseph Campbell and wasn't shoehorned just because of a game. It has matured greatly despite the more recent passing of Greg Stafford it's creator. Not your standard Fantasy RPG world. (Most are Tolkien knock offs)

I'm not too familiar with much of Lovecraft myself. Is it true there was more than the one writer that made the mythos? I thought I heard of a community of folk creating it under the name. I might have drempt that though haha

Heed Lord Dunsay's warning of awaking H. P. Lovecraft's Azathoth for if you are the writer, you are playing with destroying the reality we share.

Well... hahaha if you want to see where this takes place ie. The world and all the players I recommend the "Forgotten series." If you want to glimpse what my thinking was behind writing the book I recommend the "Writing Series". If you want to hear general musing and thinking about such topics I recommend "Inner thoughts series". These can be found in the playlists section
@22eoras18 күн бұрын
Oh and the "For you" series has stuff that's for you too. But I would reccomend maybe just going back by publish date in the videos tab too. Yet single videos that stick out to me are A prophetic dream Imagination-doorway into another realm Venturing within dreams and myth Finding the memory of god A realm of Confusion

Maybe we could give Eoras the book Mentior was hiding. And perhaps within it are the ways of the stone. Thos would be the first step in unlocking those ancient warriors trapped within the stone.
